What is composite claim form?

The Composite Claim Form (CCF) is a form used by employees to withdraw their Provident Fund balance when leaving their job. This form combines the functions of several forms, including Form 19 (for final PF settlement), Form 10C (for pension withdrawal), and Form 31 (for partial withdrawal of PF funds).

The CCF simplifies the withdrawal process and makes it easier for employees to access their PF balance. It also eliminates the need for employees to submit multiple forms for different types of withdrawals, streamlining the process and reducing the time required to process the claim.

The CCF is available both in physical form and online, and employees can download it from the official EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation) website or obtain a physical copy from their employer.
